H1N1 (Swine) Flu Update
Even though our state’s experience with H1N1 has been relatively mild, we urge you to continue taking these important steps to protect yourself and others:

  • Wash your hands thoroughly and often.
  • Cover your cough with your sleeve, not your hand.
  • Stay home if you're sick and please keep your kids home if they are sick or have a fever.  Students must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to school.
  • Stay away from people who are sick.
  • Eat a healthy diet and get plenty of rest.

Look for updates that your child may bring home regarding the H1N1 (Swine) flu.
